I truly enjoyed the room with a view as per the photos, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The venue's position was central. The staffs were welcoming & pleasant.

The staff were all very amiable and particularly helpful, which was unquestionably a plus. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding.

Our rooms had a great view, just like the pictures. The breakfast was good and had healthy options. The hotel is in a perfect location close to major sights like the Cemetery, Plaza San Martin, the Obelisco, Plaza de Mayo, as well as restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and polite.

The staff are attentive, the breakfast is rich. Make sure you stay in the superior double room with twin beds. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

Their breakfast is mediocre, can be much better.

The location here is great, and they offer private parking nearby, plus it's only a 5-minute walk to Callao metro station.

The room we had included a safe box, TV set and a fridge. Also, location was great, not too far away from a rich cemetery. Furthermore, close to the city center.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast served at the hotel was wonderful, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The hotel also arranged transfers for us, both from the airport and to the port, which were timely and flawless. We especially appreciated the assistance of Stella at the front desk, who had been with the hotel for 25 years and provided invaluable advice and help throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as an outdated carpet and limited wifi, we would definitely consider staying at Wilton Hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and excellent service.

Hotel staff is not friendly enough, too serious. also they are not knowleadgle of the city places and attractions. it almost seems like they just want you to go to certain places and do not give you your options

The hotel was clean and the location was favorable. The amiable and helpful staff made me feel welcome. I booked an impeccable superior queen room with a view. Had a really good experience during my stay.

The complimentary breakfast here is delicious and offers healthy options 🥑. For the best experience, opt for the classic twin room that comes with fresh fruit instead of canned ones. Make sure you request a room with a view similar to the ones shown in the photos for a more enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Wilton Hotel for 8 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ricardo , who went above and beyond to help me with my travel plans. The top-floor room was comfortable and clean, with a great shower and reliable internet. I felt very secure throughout my stay and the location was perfect, close to everything. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the Wilton Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
